The Model 8009 Instruction Manual contains information on using the Model 8009 Resistivity Test Fixture. The Model 8009 allows volume resistivity measurements up to 10^18 ohm-cm or surface resistivity measurements up to 10^17 ohm. The test fixture uses a three-lug triaxial connector that allows simple connection to a Keithley Instruments Model 6517, 6517A, or Model 6517B Electrometer.
