1440 nm to 1490 nm Light Source
The FL7200 produces a broadband output spectrum of amplified spontaneous emission (ASE) ranging from 1450 - 1480 nm. The power density is above -25 dBm/nm over this wavelength range. It is constructed from a Tm-doped fluoride fiber optically pumped by a single laser diode. This design results in exhibit excellent wavelength and power stability. Typical power fluctuations are less than +-0.003dB typical measured over a 15 minute interval.
